    5. If your complaint relates to any financial transactions or illegal conduct, please report your issue immediately. If required after an investigation is undertaken, we will inform NSW Fair Trading.
    6. We will seek to resolve your complaint as soon as reasonably possible to achieve an acceptable outcome.
    7. If following the resolution of your complaint with Dodds Real Estate you are still unsatisfied, you may escalate the matter to NSW Fair Trading (www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au).
  6. INTERPRETATION
    1. Dodds Real Estate may vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
    2. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales. Any legal action or proceeding between Dodds Real Estate and you related to these Terms and Conditions will be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in New South Wales.
